Trader Joe's Tuesdays

Apparently I can put Trader Joe's Soyaki on almost anything and it will taste good. Tonight I stir-fried TJ's firm organic tofu with TJ's Harvest Hodgepodge frozen vegetable blend. Simple and tasty.

Maybe tomorrow I'll try Soyaki on cardboard.
